Dynamic Industrial Gas Cylinder Quality Information Monitoring System

Introduction

This system uses RFID, microelectronics, computer, network, wireless communication and automatic control technologies to dynamically track and control industrial gas cylinders. The RF e-tag installed on each cylinder is the unique"e-ID" of such a cylinder and enables dynamic tracking and management for its whole lifecycle and makes it possible to establish a scientific and reasonable industrial gas cylinder safety monitoring system. It technically solves problems that have been troubling industrial gas producers for a long time, e.g. safety, counterfeiting, assets loss and management, etc.
 
This system collects and registers data for field operations regarding gas cylinder, e.g. receiving and issuing, checks before recharging, records of recharging, rechecks after recharging, periodic inspections, etc.

Background Information

With rapid industrial development, the demand for industrial gas has been increasing in recent years. However, the current industrial gas retail / wholesale markets have many problems. Industrial gas is flammable, explosive and toxic, so reasonable use and management of industrial gas cylinders is closely related to the safety of people and assets. Improper use or management may cause irreparable serious losses with respect to both life and property. This has attracted attention from relevant governmental organs.
