I. Hardware Products and Services

For any hardware product purchased from Chengdu KeHong New Technology Institute of Sichuan University through a legal channel, we provide warranty services for three years beginning from the day of purchase, if the product failure is caused by non-human factor.

In order to ensure your legal rights and interests, please pay attention to the following issues:

 If any product fails due to any non-human factor, user may send it to a designated point of maintenance for free repair services within the warranty period, provided that the product be accompanied with the warranty card and the invoice indicating the product number.

Contents of service:

If any product fails due to any non-human factor and if the failure occurs within three months after the day of purchase, replace it with a product of the same level, price and type.

If any product failure occurs due to any electric fault and if the failure occurs within one year of purchase, we will provide free repair services.

Note: “Warranty” or “maintenance” services do not cover product manuals, packages, CDs, consumables, etc.

Warranty services do not apply to any KH product,

 If the effective service period of the product has expired;

 If the product failure or damage is caused during transport or handling;

 If the failure is caused by unauthorized removal, refitting, etc.

 If the failure is caused by noncompliance of the environment with product requirements;

 If the failure or damage is caused by an act of god(e.g. fire, earthquake, lightning, etc.);

 If the product is damaged due to any use, maintenance or servicing activity incompliant with the equipment manual;

 If any of the equipment casing, power supply, etc is damaged in the process of use;

 If the warranty card and product serial number do not match each other or if the warranty card is altered

II. Software Products and Services

For KH software products, KH has a complete customer service system and experienced technicians who can solve customer problems within the shortest time. In addition, through continuous technical exchange with customer and incorporating the latest customer requirements and suggestions in the product research and development process, we provide customers with more opportunities for product upgrades and technical updates.

Contents of services:

 Provide free technical support for products within one year of purchase;

 Provide paid services for products after one year of purchase – service fees to be determined on the basis of specific software products;


III. Project Integration Services

For RFID, software, weak current and other integration projects of KH, we have a complete pre-sales, during-sales and post-sales service system that meets the specific needs of different customers.

 Pre-sales services:

 Provide customers with project consulting services and assist them in confirming their requirements;

 Provide customers with basic services and basic requirements plans on the basis of their actual requirements;

 Provide customers with free product demo trial use services.

During-sales services:

 Provide technical support services needed by customers;

 Provided tailored solutions based on customer’s actual needs;

 Provide project requirements analysis, development, debugging, implementation and installation and solve all the problems encountered in installation and debugging operations;

 Finish and operate projects.

After-sales services:

 Technicians provide field training services used by the project;

 Provide one-year free product quality assurance services;

 Provide one-year free version upgrading and free after-sales services;

 Use such means as online, telephone, email, field service, etc. to provide timely and effective solutions to customers’ difficulties and problems with respect to product installation and use.

IV. Technical Consulting and Training Services

 For KH’s value-added products and related industries, we provide free, paid and other forms of services (mainly technical consulting and training services) based on specific projects and contents.
