In order to meet the overall construction requirements for a province-wide credit investigation system and to enable credit investigation among quality and technical supervision agencies within the province, this system mainly provides a common base platform for the operations system of Liaoning Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, builds an operations database, standardizes software interface criteria, and performs collection and analysis of credit investigation data. It uses the information technology to export and consolidate credit data from the existing operations system, develops and uses credit data, and provides such functions as data storage, query, etc., thus establishing the quality and technical supervision credit investigation system.
