Kehong New Technology Institute of Sichuan University (KH), backed by the powerful teaching and R&D strengths of Sichuan University, is a scientific research institution as well as a hi-tech enterprise engaged in computer software research and development, systems integration, and research, development, production, marketing and supply of total IoT RFID solutions.

KH has passed CMMI3 certification, ISO9001 certification (Quality Management System Certification), ISO14001 certification (Environmental Management System Certification) and computer system integration qualification certification, obtained the permit for production of IC cards and IC card readers and the permit for production and marketing of commercial encryption products. As a hi-tech software enterprise, KH holds the foreign trade permit. KH is also a member of the RFID Standardization Work Group and deputy director-general of China Trade Association for Counterfeiting. KH was selected for designing and checking the tickets for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games. KH has been rated one of the major tax payers for several consecutive years in Chengdu Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone.

As China’s leader in research, development, production, marketing and supply of total RFID solutions, KH used the RFID technology in successful development and implementation of such projects as the “Train Ticket Concession Card Counterfeiting System for Nationwide College Students and Secondary Technical School Students”, which was the biggest e-label application project in Asia in 2003, the organizational code certificate e-label project of Chengdu Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, the CNG e-label dynamic monitoring projects of Chongqing and Lanzhou municipalities, the dangerous chemical gas cylinder e-label monitoring projects of Sichuan Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the ambiguous expressway path identification project of Sichuan Province, production and logistics process automation projects for several garment producers in Chengdu, the e-label management system for wiring road lamps in Chengdu, the pilot e-label project for manhole covers in Chengdu, etc.

KH has undertaken the planning, development and computer systems integration for several major software platforms for the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the Ministry of Public Security, the National Health and Family Planning Commission, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Transportation and provincial and municipal governments. KH, now holding several patent technologies and software copyrights, is a senior player in constructing quality and technical supervision information systems in China and has finished several such projects for the administrations of quality and technical supervision at the national, provincial and municipal levels. Meanwhile, KH is also one of the most professional civil affairs information system constructors in China and has successfully developed comprehensive platforms and single-business software packages for civil affairs systems at various levels (e.g. minimum living standard scheme, one-stop special care scheme, etc.).
