System Characteristics

Functions

  1. Dynamic chart: it provides an intuitive comparison of the number of cases of this year and that of the previous year.
  2. Case information management: this module mainly enables query, addition, deletion modification, etc. of information. The information of a case mainly includes basic information, information on goods involved in the case, administrative enforcement measures, evidence preservation measures, administrative handling results and others, etc. This module provides supporting data for information maintenance and systematical statistics and analysis of cases.
  3. Video and audio management: each case needs auxiliary materials or evidences, e.g. photos, audio recordings, video recordings, etc., so such data needs to be uploaded and stored as files in the system for query.
  4. Documentation management: this module mainly manages the corresponding documents of each case. User can access corresponding documents in this module.
  5. Base data management: this module mainly manages case-related base data, including enterprise(s) involved in the case, applicable punishments, laws and regulations library, specific tasks, joint law enforcements, supervisory activities, etc.

Technical Architecture and Development Platform

◆   The network platform is based on LAN, quality supervision-specific network or VPN network. It supports such protocols as TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, etc.

◆   Operating system platform: it adopts an open technical development system, so the server operating system is not limited – it can be any one of Unix, Linux, Windows, etc.

◆   Database platform compatibly supports such systems as SQLServer, MySQL, Oracle, etc.

◆   Middleware platform is Apusic, WebLogic or WebSphere.

◆   The business layer is used for logical processing of business. It adopts the popular Spring/Hibernate technology.

◆   The apparent layer forms the user interface and uses the advanced Struts technology. The system is developed by using the most popular and most mature Java development platform. Meanwhile, it also combines the advanced MVC multi-layer framework to ensure system stability and transplantability.
