Special Equipment Safety Monitoring Platform

Special Equipment Safety Regulation Platform consists of the special equipment safety monitoring system, special equipment test system, administration center approval system and personnel training and management system. These systems are built on a single platform, share data and interact with each other.

  • Monitoring system: mainly includes such functions as equipment monitoring, personnel management, unit management, data management, analysis & statistics, equipment and personnel alarms, system management, etc.
  • Test system: mainly provides such functions as test acceptance, equipment test, test report management, data management, system management, etc.
  • Administration approval system: it is used for acceptance and approval of equipment use registrations and for issuing certificates.
  • Education & training: managing information regarding personnel trainings, certificate issuing, examinations, etc.

System Functions

  1. Monitor special equipment from registration through to use and scrapping.
  2. Enable information sharing and interaction among supervisory organs, user units, test organizations, training institutions and administrative approval authorities.
  3. Digitalize and standardize test reports of test institutions. The system will automatically generate corresponding test results based on user-input equipment test parameters and parameter templates. Test reports are standard, which prevents discrepancies among test results.
  4. Provide smart management of historical test data, list historical problems with equipment pending test, and effectively monitor major sources of danger and major hidden dangers.
  5. Rich statistical analysis functions provide statistical data from the system.
  6. Standardize management procedures and define divisions of work, thus provide bases for effective control at various levels and improving management level.
  7. Provide a single platform for communication and information sharing within the system, thus enhancing coordination between different levels, departments and employees and improving overall work efficiency.
  8. Manage special equipment alarms. According to the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and technical specifications, special equipment users must submit to special equipment test institutions for periodic test one month prior to the expiration of validity period of special equipment. However, the reality is that users often continue to use special equipment after expiration of validity period. Alarm analysis enables users to quickly access information on special equipment test periods.
  9. It provides a dynamic and real-time understanding of the overall conditions of special equipment within the region.
  10. Short messages notify relevant persons of information on equipment subject to alarm management.
  11. Statistics query: the system provides a city-wide special equipment list, classified statistics of special equipment, analysis of special equipment kinds, and statistics of special equipment operators.
  12. Every test process can be recorded on computer. Managers may query the performance and statistical data of each task to develop more effective and more feasible approaches to management.
  13. Dynamically track the handling of alarms.
  14. Query records of bad behaviors of enterprises.
