Special equipment should be recorded towards relevant supervision department in advance of using or in 30 day. Registration mark shall be placed or attached to the obvious position of the special equipment.Construction unit submission, starts to inform watchdog for data audit, qualification examination, check to see if the information is complete, sign and archiving.For some don't need to start to inform equipment, can be directly to the watchdog for equipment use registration.
2, using registration
Special equipment safety supervision institutions must complete the inspection work within 5 working days after receiving the using application. If it meets the need of relevant regulations, it should be recorded. When checking the material document, security supervision organization will send worker for on-site inspection if it’s necessary.after physical examination, inspection doesn’t pass then it needs to be rectified after receiving the written notification. After registration, special equipment safety will give a piece of "registration form for special equipment" to using unit for record. Another piece well be kept by supervisor unit.
3, change management
if special equipment safety status has following changes, using unit should apply for change registration in time.
Change includes: transferring, moving, moving and transferring, alteration, maintenance, stopping, enabling, scrapping.
Transferring, moving and installation, moving and transferring. the cancellation of the original unit’s registration certificate. the receiving of new registration certificate.
Reconstruction, maintaining, reissuing the registration certificate.
stopping, returning the original registration certificate and getting new certificate.
Scraping, returning the original registration certificate and canceling.
4, inspected situation
System is synchronous with special equipment inspection system. real-time query of each device is possible.
