On August 27, 2013, Deputy Director Qin Shulan of Ziyang City Civil Affairs Bureau and related leaders of other counties and districts civil affairs bureaus came to Daying County took the investigation of “special-care one-stop system”that had been developed by our institute. Deputy Director Ge Peng of Suining City Civil Affairs Bureau accompanied. Leaders had given the consistent high praise.
