B, the system features
(a) the JAVA platform, B/S mode
This system is developed based on JAVA platform (like golden project) . It has JAVA platform security features and transplant is easy. The operation of the system is safe and stable. System design is B/S mode, easy installation and maintenance. the client does not need to be installed and just IE browser can support work.
(b) one system, several terminals
This system includes business platform, the patrol terminal PDA, enterprise platform.
Business platform covers all business can finish all of the business processing without PDA patrol terminal and enterprise platform. (the two systems configuration depends on the need or not).
PDA patrol terminal mainly is for on-site inspection personnel and quite convenient for inputting data, photo evidence, etc.. It also is a monitoring way being used to judge whether the inspectors arrived at the scene. at the same time PDA provide enterprise dynamic information query and expert support database.
Enterprise platform is mainly designed for the enterprise, the enterprise users can fill online entrusted processing record on web, QS annul inspection, raw material stock inspection, factory inspection/sales channel, etc. It not only reduces inspector’s workload, but also make enterprise information interaction convenient.
(c) make full use of existing resources, convenient operation and entry
This system makes full use of the organization code database and food production license database. It can greatly reduce the workload. The system is quite simple and easy to operate. By use of AJAX and pull-down menu even if a unskilled worker can use the system to complete daily work check even without inputting a word.
(d) e-map
This system combines with online electronic map and display enterprise location database, regional statistical information and warning information intuitively.it also display the patroller information with PDA patrol terminal.
(e) SMS platform
System automatically send a notification and warning information,via SMS platform. The information can reach he corresponding personnel fast and accurately. (such as when an enterprise should take daily inspection, the system will automatically send SMS to patroller’s mobile phone).
(f) abundant internal and external interfaces
the system follows the standard of national gold project and easily connect with gold project interface to report the data. It also provide interfaces to the testing agency to import inspection data. The inspection data could reach management department timely and accurately and provide strong support for the risk monitoring and assistant decision-making.
(g) interface personalization
different computer screen, different resolution, different information concerns. so you can define all the data on the basis of the default Settings. Users can set the data column width, column display order, sorting method, hidden specified column, etc. besides common query function it provides advanced users multiple combination query and data export.
