Daily examination is complete electronization with PDA inspection system. Patroller receives SMS and then comes to the scene to take photo and record using PDA device and then transfer the inspection record into inspection platform through wireless communication network.
Enterprise e-map coordinate: for an enterprise to use PDA for the first time, the system will obtain the geographic information of the enterprise, and to label on the e-map.
on-site supervision: starting from the second PDA on-site inspections, the system will automatically obtain the geographic coordinates, and compare with former enterprise coordinate in the system, if two coordinates are too far apart, then the patrol system will be noted and reminds managers that maybe the inspections is off on-site.
