Introduction of platform
the "quality and technical supervision information integrated platform" has been developed by Kehong Institute. it is a set of comprehensive network information system being applied to all levels of quality and technical supervision departments. this platform follow the general planning, construction thought and standard specification of AQSIQ’s CQS system and "golden project". This platform can not only process internal work with high efficiency, but also connect with other government departments and enterprises. The platform uses computer network, software, database, network, video, electronic maps, satellite positioning, electronic tags, GPRS and other high and new technology. it includes network office, administrative examination and approval, dynamic supervision, information announcement, web hosting, administrative law enforcement, credit and quality, network video under the quality and technical supervision departments. It is a set of comprehensive informatization system that can meet the need of all sections of the quality and technical supervision department.
The institute works on the construction of the quality and technical supervision system with AQSIQ , Sichuan and Chengdu quality and technical supervision bureaus together since 2000. From the construction of CQS system to the informatization construction of Sichuan ,Chengdu and Liaoning quality and technical supervision bureaus. In 2007 the institute bear the metrological management, standard specification of the quality credit database and product quality supervision of the national "golden project".
