Platform function

Kehong’s "quality and technical supervision information integrated platform" includes eight of functional systems: business management system, office automation system, portal, video conference system, the quality credit system, regional supervision system, credit reporting system, assistant Decision-Making System, as shown in the below figure :

  1. business system covers the business work of quality and technical supervision departments, mainly including the standardized management, metrology management, quality management, product quality supervision, certification and accreditation, anti-counterfeiting, personnel management, special equipment, discipline inspection, the RFID electronic copy, etc.
  2. office automation system is specific software platform that has been developed to meet the need of the quality and technical supervision department’s environment and office procedure. it can meet the daily work of the quality and technical supervision department, improving the work efficiency and saving the expenses. And the platform supports "electronic signature", "process customization”, etc.
  3. portal is not only the information releasing window of the quality and technical supervision department, but also the channel by which the public know of the work procedure of the quality and technical supervision department. It shows all work of the quality and technical supervision department including networking, business consulting, business online complaints and declaration announcement, etc.
  4. video conference makes full use of the computer network, software and multimedia technology. It reduced the cost of meeting through video conference between the province (city) bureaus and subsidiary organizations. it mainly includes document sharing, video, data distribution, recording broadcast, whiteboard communication, interaction, screen, radio, browsing and other functions.
  5. the quality and credit system is for collecting, evaluating and releasing enterprise’ s quality and credit on standards, metrology, food, certification, etc.
  6. regional supervision system makes full use of electronic map, GPS satellite positioning, electronic tags (RFID), computer software and network technology to monitor special equipment enterprises or food product enterprises comprehensively.
  7. credit reporting system is mainly for constructing public basic platform of the quality and technical supervision business system, business database construction, the standard software interface, collection and analysis of credit data, downloading and integrating the credit data from the existing business system,completing the data storage and query analysis through the development and utilization of credit data, etc.
  8. assistant decision-making System makes full use of data information of the business management system, office automation system, web portal, quality credit system, regional regulatory system, credit reporting system. Providing all level of management personnel with convenient information inquiry, statistics, metrics analysis. Providing data basis for assistant decision-making. providing reliable data analysis and guidance for leaders’ decision-making.
